Terms of Usage

These Terms of Usage ("Terms") govern your use of the Song Switcher mobile application ("the app"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own lawful use. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the app or any part of it.

Subscriptions

• Leader mode is available through a paid subscription, offered on a monthly or yearly basis.
• Subscriptions are billed through your Google Play account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Any free or promotional period applies once per user and ends automatically; if you do not cancel before it ends, the subscription converts to a paid term.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Refund requests are handled under Google Play's policies.
• Prices may vary by region and may change; any change will apply only to future billing periods.

Acceptable Use

You are responsible for the content you import and share through the app, and for ensuring you have the rights to use it. Do not use the app for any unlawful purpose or in any way that infringes the rights of others.

Intellectual Property

The app, its design, and its branding are the property of the developer. Sheet music and other files you import remain yours; the app claims no ownership over your content.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
